LET’S GET LEI’D: HELLO SISTER, WEATHERBOYS

TUFFY’S MUSIC BOX — SANFORD, FL

On July 6th, 2025, Orlando-based trio Hello Sister performed at Tuffy’s Music Box in Sanford, Florida. The show was an edition of a themed tour called LET'S GET LEI'D, a beach-themed event hosted by Weatherboys, an Indie-Pop band from Tallahassee, Florida.

Weatherboys is comprised of Florida State University students Jacob Da Costa, Aidan Suarez, and Bryce Ouzts, who started making music together back in 2023. They just released a new single called “The Mets” and have goals to release an EP in November. They’ve brought their LET'S GET LEI'D show to Tampa, Orlando, Sanford, and on July 11th, they’ll be bringing it to Miami.

During their set, they performed crowd favorite “Pool House” by The Backseat Lovers, along with original songs “What I Need,” “Sorry 207,” and “Latin Indie Night.” Weatherboys also brought up Sofia Camille to sing “Nickel” by Flipturn, and they handed out glow sticks to the crowd for an interactive dance during the bridge. To finish off their set, they invited all of the performing acts, Stellus, Sofia Camille, and Hello Sister, to the stage to sing and dance along to their iconic outro: Frankie Valli’s “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.”

Hello Sister is a Pop-Rock trio from Orlando, Florida, who made their television debut on America’s Got Talent back in 2021. Like their name implies, Grace, Gabriella, and Scarlett are sisters who grew up playing music together from a very early age. They’ve performed all over the country and at events like iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball, Nissan’s Super Girl: Surf Pro and Oktoberfest. The sisters have also worked with brands like Brady Melville.

During their set, Hello Sister performed various covers including Paramore’s “Still Into You,” “Everybody Talks” by Neon Trees, and Chappell Roan’s “Good Luck Babe.” These iconic covers lend themselves incredibly well to all three sisters’ voices and the three-part harmonies they added to make the songs their own. Hello Sister also performed some of their original music, including “Empty Motive,” “Tragic,” “Somebody Said,” and my personal favorite, “17.”

Aside from their musical talents, all three sisters were incredibly kind and sociable people who made the entire night a great experience for everyone they interacted with.

The other performers on Sunday’s LET'S GET LEI'D lineup were Orlando’s Sofia Camille and Miami’s Stellus. This show was the last concert of Sofia Camille’s summer tour, THE BIRTHDAY PARTY TOUR, where she debuted her new single “Second Time In San Fransisco.” Overall, the show had a great turnout. Stellus will be featured again in this weekend’s LET'S GET LEI'D concert at Tea and Poets in Miami, Florida.
