When there are multiple requests for the same artist, we use a straightforward priority system aided by the “TBD” indicator on the assignment sheet:

1. Requests from individuals of the same rank: the earliest show qualifies for editor authorization, while the later show receives a status of “TBD”.

2. Requests from individuals with different rank: the higher ranking individual qualifies for editor authorization, while the lower ranking individual receives a status of “TBD”

NOTE FOR LIVE SHOWS: individuals given priority and editor authorization must request credentials no later than 8 days prior to the show date or assignment will be passed to the individual on “TBD” hold.
