NOVULENT AT THE ROXY: THE FINAL ALBUM

ROXY THEATRE - LOS ANGELES, CA

Wednesday night, eager fans gathered along Sunset Blvd as Novulent’s VOL 3: THE FINALALBUM TOUR landed in Los Angeles. This 23-stop run, spanning across the United States, is centered around their latest album, VOL. 3, released in February of this year. While this is their newest release, it has culminated just as much love as their previous albums, signified by a sold-out night at the iconic Roxy Theatre.

Fans inched closer and closer as the lights inside the theatre began to dim. Eyes were locked in on the draped curtains, begging for it to rise. A chant began in the crowd; “Novulent, Novulent, Novulent!”

The cheers exploded as the velvet curtain began to rise, showcasing the silhouette of Novulent themself, signaling that the night had officially begun.

As Novulent began with songs such as "dysphoria" and "unknown feelings", the audience was entranced. All eyes were locked in on the artist, not daring to miss a mere second. The energy was amplified as the set list progressed. All around, couples were swaying, people were moshing, and fans swam across the sea of people. The energy was magnetic, almost feeding off of itself. Novulent encouraged fans onto the stage, sharing the magic with those who have made it possible.

As an ode to their past self combined with their future, they concluded their set with "scars" - a fan favorite track that has amassed over 200 million streams on Spotify - and their newest release "self-destruct," representing the new future on the horizon. If you missed out on tonight, you still have a chance to catch Novulent on one of their many stops throughout the summer, as well as time to prepare yourself for VOL.3 DELUXE, which is set to be released later this month.
