STEP 1 — SUBMIT PITCH FOR APPROVAL
Submit pitches by filling out the “WRITING” tab of the IP ASSIGNMENT SHEET
Due dates are auto-generated based on “today/release date”
Upcoming releases: use project’s release date
All other content: use today’s date
STEP 2 — WRITE!
Minimum 400 words for ALL written content (non-live show)
Be sure to follow formatting guidelines
STEP 3 — SUBMIT COVERAGE
Submit coverage via COVERAGE SUBMISSION FORM
Keep an eye on the assignment sheet for your article linked to the publishing date
NOTE: if your article has not been published within 48 hours of submitting coverage, contact Kay

CAPITALIZE all mentions of tour names — ex. THE ALBUM TOUR
Italicize all mentions of album titles — ex. Album Title
“Double Quote” — all mentions of song titles — ex. “Song Title”
Spotify link all mentions of songs and albums
BOLD all of the above ONLY at first mention
